Our origin story
So many moving parts – financial pressure, competing stakeholder priorities and the challenge to deliver for both communities and the environment – demand a careful balance of deep expertise, data and decisive action.
With backgrounds in planning, valuation and economics, our two founders understood this reality well.
They were inspired by the commitment of leaders across both the public and private sectors, and their vision to deliver meaningful triple-bottom-line outcomes despite the complexity. Yet they also saw the frustration these decision-makers faced, wading through mountains of advice without a clear path forward.
This insight revealed the blueprint for EPS: a consultancy grounded in integrated, multidisciplinary expertise to help clients see the full picture, answer the critical questions and move confidently toward their goals.
